After you receive your tracking number, it may not show any updates for the first couple of days. This is normal.
On tracking websites such as parcelsapp.com, you may see a message like “No information about the parcel”. This means the courier’s system has not yet received the first scan.
If it has been only 1–2 days since you got your tracking code, please wait a little longer — tracking updates will appear soon.
If you see statuses like “Shipment label created” or “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet”, it means our courier has already picked up your package from the warehouse and is taking it to the final delivery courier.
This status may stay the same for some time and will update automatically once the final courier receives and scans your parcel.
