💳 If card payment is unavailable for you — it means this option is not accessible. Card payments are available only for registered clients who meet the following conditions:
- ✅ At least 2 completed orders previously sent.
- ✅ The new order does not exceed €715.
If you see an error during payment:
- 💰 Check that your card has enough funds.
- 🛒 Make sure online purchases are enabled for your card.
- 🔠 If your name or address contains special characters (letters with accents or symbols not in the Latin alphabet), replace them with standard Latin letters (example: “Ł” → “L”).
- 🌍 Ensure your card is allowed for international online payments.
- 💻 Try another browser or device.
- 🚫 If you see “Transaction declined,” contact your bank to unlock international transactions.
- 🔞 Payments may be blocked if the cardholder is under 18 years old.
- 🌐 Cards issued outside Europe are not accepted.
- 📩 Make sure you completed 3D Secure verification (SMS verification from your bank).
- 🔁 If the problem persists, try using another card or choose an alternative payment method.
